he ain't heavy, he's her brother

Love Fiesta was great fun, though the fingers were admittedly a lil sore after all that twisting of balloons.
Watched Mr Koh getting dunked, which was mediacore (read: mediocre) entertainment at best. It'd have been infinitely better if the water was icy cold, reeked of cow droppings and with an 9ft Indian Gharial (a type of croc) in the dunking tub.

Speaking of Indian Gharials ("Ain't she a beaut?!"), I went to the Night Safari for the very first time! Straight after Love Fiesta, I headed for Mandai with my cuzzies and the other volunteers.
I guess the whole thing was okay, I got to mingle with the other volunteers, half of whom I've forgotten their names already.
I have such poor memory, I know :/
Anyway, the creatures of the night show was pretty entertaining, though I wish I got freaked out by the presence of a giant python under my seat and got a Ben & Jerry's coupon in return for not getting hysterical.
Whoa, that snake was huuuuuuuge! And it's a she, I think her name's Molly?
Then there was this barn owl, which looked a lot like Hedwig, Harry Potter's snow white pet.

Speaking of Harry Potter, I wanna queue up overnight for the book when it comes out in stores this July 21. Even if it falls on a schoolday. (okayyyy, only if the mummy allows it and I manage to get an m/c for that day)

Haha
"Ask no questions, and you'll be told no lies." - I think this came from one of the Weasley twins in book 5.
I'm a reborn Harry Potter geek!
