It's been raining everyday,
I don't like it.
Aftermath of watching The Day After Tomorrow obsessively for 3 weeks straight - THE WORLD'S GONNA BE IN A NEW ICE AGE AFTER THIS CONTINUOUS DOWNPOUR OMGZ.
Hope we do something weather related in the geog modules next year; I'm thinking of delving into the study of climate or whathaveyou and be an unsung hero like that Jack Hall played by Mr Dennis Quaid in TDAT.
"Mr President, the storm will hit Singapore in (insert number) minutes/hours/days/weeks/months/years and sink the nation! I urge you to evacuate the country. Should you scoff at my warning and refuse to take any action, this country will face the consequences of your poorly-made decision. And, if both of us are still alive by then, I will take most pleasure in announcing publicly 'I told you so'."
*slaps myself in the forehead*
Gawd that was so stupid.
It's Singapore after all. The government is more than capable to handle serious environmental issues surely.
I still want to pursue my dream of being a hotshot weather expert like Jack Hall, though.
Possible or no? I mean, Hall probably had brilliant teachers.
In that event, maybe it's best that I ditch my grand idea of being a climatologist / hurricane expert / weather station minah.

Okay, I'm off to watch TDAT again. I plan to memorise the whole movie by the time school reopens.
