Saturday out with Mira and her family was great (:
It was Vivocity first up, where we oohed and aahed at the toddler clothes at GAP and then we went off to Suntec, before ultimately reaching the Esplanade for an outdoors concert which was held in conjunction with Pesta Raya.
Mira having her Chocolate Fudge Brownie(or something like that) ice-cream at Vivocity, courtesy of her very generous elder sister. Terima kasih, Kak! Lain kali, belanja lagi! Hehe.
Tried on dorky specs at Suntec City. As you can see, looking retarded comes naturally - It's in the genes. (:
While waiting for the performance to start, the AVA people attempted to entertain by playing Indonesian dangdut songs. THE HORROR.
Pardon me for the poor video quality, I used my handphone to record that.
Anyway...
Hoo yeah.
You may not have seen this, but the singer was really good looking and has a 'i-can-make-girls-go-weak-in-the-knees' kind of voice, especially when he sang 'Quando Quando'.
Oh yeah.
My fave part was when he crooned "When will you say yes to me?"
No prizes for guessing what I immediately replied to that.
All in all, it was a fantabulous day, with awesome company like Mira and her family.
(Her mum's a total riot, but that's okay, I think she's cool! Oh and her dad's a little weird, but in a good way. His singing under his breath just shows that my dad's not alone in the "Buang tabiat" category haha!)
